Respite Workers are a very important part of the L’Arche Lethbridge community. Respite Workers support the L’Arche homes when needed. Respite commitments are generally 4-8 hours long and are usually scheduled for mornings, evenings, or weekends. If you are unable to be a live-in assistant because of school, work, or family commitments, becoming a Respite Worker might just be for you! Please note that applicants for the role of Respite Worker must already be able to work legally in Canada before their application can be considered.
